Board Certification In Truck Accident Law Separates Good Marketers From Tested Attorneys

MIAMI BEACH, FL (TruckingNewsNow.com) — There are now 13 attorneys in the United States achieving “Board Certification” in truck accident law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

The attorneys have proven themselves through a six hour written exam, verification of personal experience handling several truck crash cases, a strict background check and proof that a majority of their practice is dedicated to truck accident law.

Board certification is overseen by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, a nonprofit organization which aids clients in their selection of experienced legal counsel. The Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA), a non-profit of more than 500 attorneys dedicated to highway safety, supports the certification.

Board certification, according to ATAA co-founder Joseph Fried, separates attorneys who advertise that they handle truck crashes from those who have proven experience and education.

“Each of these lawyers know that choosing the right lawyer for a serious truck crash case makes all the difference in the world and they also know that it is difficult for a person to know who to hire,” said Fried. “So many advertise credentials, but so few are the real deal.  Each of these lawyers has subjected themselves to a rigorous vetting and testing.”
