EPA To Enforce Pollution Limits On Glider Trucks Despite Previous Stance

WASHINGTON, D.C. (TruckingNewsNow.com) — An EPA memo confirms a Washington Post report that the agency will enforce pollution limits on “glider” trucks. Recently resigned EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt had provided assurances to glider kit manufacturers — and their users — that there would be no enforcement through at least 2019. Facing several lawsuits, the EPA has now changed course.
