No Oversize, Overweight Vehicles Permitted On Minnesota Highways This Weekend

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (TruckingNewsNow.com) — If you’re planning to drive your oversized vehicle or overweight load through Minnesota over the Memorial Day weekend, think again. The Minnesota Department of Transportation says that “Oversize/overweight travel is not allowed on all state highways, including interstates, from 2pm on Friday, May 25th through 2am Saturday, May 26th, and from 2pm Sunday, May 27th until 2am Tuesday, May 29th.

MnDOT adds that “No OSOW travel is allowed by 2pm and 8p on Fridays and Sundays starting June 1st and continuing through August 26th.
